Privacy is part of the architecture

This explains what we collect, why it is needed, and what remains under your control.

01

Account data

We use the identity data needed to create, secure, and operate your account. The platform control plane does not expose your private tasks, goals, or records.

02

Personal data

Tasks, projects, goals, routines, money, and health records created in Main OS belong to you and remain isolated from other accounts.

03

Integrations

Every integration is off by default and requires separate, revocable, least-privileged consent. The source system remains authoritative.

04

Control and deletion

You can manage devices and sessions, export your data, and schedule account deletion with a cancellation grace period.

05

Data retention

We retain your account data and personal content while your account is active. When you request account deletion, a 30-day cancellation period begins; we then delete personal data. We retain operational records only for defined, limited periods needed for security and service operation, then delete or safely aggregate them.
